Hotel a Goose Island State Park

“We reserved this hotel for my dad late notice, as we stayed down the road at the La Quinta, and him meeting us was short noticed. All I can say is it's a very nice motel. The rooms are clean, the lobby is cute, and the fishing pier is nice. There was some trash in the parking lot, but that's about my only complaint. Our daughters were able to go out there with their Papa and fish and see all kinds of cool things under the lights. I will say this is definitely more a fishing hotel. Or a good...

“Staff was very nice and friendly. Had a convenient place right next to my room to park my boat and truck. This place is quiet, safe, a block from the beach and minutes from multiple boat ramps. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. The price was excellent. Highly recommend. ”

“Stayed for one night with a friend on a minimum vacation, service was friendly and had no problems checking in. Had only one elevator working but hotel wasn’t crowded so there was no traffic going up and down the floors. Hotel room was decent and clean, could see some wear and tear on the walls but otherwise not bad. Air conditioning worked, bathroom was nice and hotel has complimentary free breakfast. “Check in was fast and easy. Clerk was very nice and informative. Room was nice, updated, and clean. The only downside was there were no dishes or utensils provided for the kitchenette. Otherwise, we would stay here again and def recommend!”
